*The definition of time is half day = 4 hours / full day = 8 hours.
*Due to the assignment of the interpreter, orders should normally be placed one month in advance of the interpretation date, but orders can be placed up to three business days in advance.
*For overseas interpretation (USA, UK, Southeast Asia), in principle, we will try to assign a local interpreter.
We have many achievements in various cities such as Silicon Valley, New York, London, and Southeast Asia, so please contact us.

Regarding the number of days required from inquiry to arranging an interpreter

Requires at least 5 business days from the date of domestic inquiry

Requires at least 7 business days from the date of overseas inquiry

The above is the minimum number of days required to propose the most suitable service, select an interpreter, and secure transportation to the location where the interpretation will be performed.
We do not accept dispatch of interpreters on the same day or the next business day.

Full-day rates are based on an 8-hour commitment (7 hours of actual work, including a 1-hour lunch break). If his detention time exceeds 8 hours, he will be charged an additional hourly fee (25% more than the hourly interpreting fee). Any time less than 15 minutes will be rounded down, and any time over 15 minutes will be considered an extension of time.

The half-day rate is based on a 4-hour stay. If his detention time exceeds 4 hours, he will be charged an additional hourly fee (25% more than the hourly interpreting fee). Any time less than 15 minutes will be rounded down, and any time over 15 minutes will be considered an extension of time.

Additional charges may apply for early morning or late night work.

Transportation and business travel expenses will be charged separately. In addition, if you travel early in the morning or late at night, or if you are traveling to a location with poor transportation, taxi fees will also be included in your transportation costs.

If the distance is more than 100 km from the nearest station to the scheduled interpreter’s home, or if the one-way travel time is more than 2 hours, travel expenses and travel detention expenses will be charged separately. You may also be required to pay lodging and daily allowances

Interpreting is a job that requires concentration and can be extremely tiring and draining. Therefore, it is difficult for him to handle long hours of work with just one interpreter. In order to communicate effectively through an interpreter, you may need more than one interpreter. The approximate number of interpreters required is as follows.

Consecutive interpretation1 person for half day, 2 people for full day
Whispering etc.1 person for half day, 2 people for full day

Advance preparation fees and meeting fees may be charged separately depending on the specialty and special nature of the interpretation content. Please ask our representative for details.

When arranging a local interpreter for an overseas project, an overseas coordination fee (12% of the interpreting fee) will be charged separately.

If you use remote interpretation (interpretation of conversations between remote locations using video calls), we will generally charge the same amount as on-site interpretation.

Cancellation fees after a reservation is confirmed will be charged at the rate set below of the total estimated fee excluding transportation expenses.
